  1. Pooled. A pooled allowance is shared by everyone in the workspace. One person can use more of it when others use less.
  2. Subject to fair use. General Mode has no fixed monthly allowance. It is meant for the everyday work of the people on the plan, and unusually heavy use may be limited.
  3. Workspace storage. Workspace includes 256 MB personal file storage per user, 1 GB shared team file storage and 512 MB organisational context storage: up to approximately 2.5 GB in total for four users. These figures cover the files and context stored in Symplichain. They do not limit the size of Gmail, Google Drive, SharePoint or any other system you connect.

How Automation Credits work.

Automation Credits measure the work performed by configurable agents. Simple single-system actions use fewer credits, while complex workflows involving multiple sources, applications or reasoning stages use more.

No. SymAI Ask is the assistant every plan uses. Configurable agents are the agents a workspace sets up to act on its work, and they are counted separately: up to four active agents on Workspace and on the free trial.
